Meet Jurgis x Henrikas – the founders of NLA Academy and true ballers at heart.

We went to the United States as young student-athletes to pursue our basketball dreams. We had similar experiences and encountered challenges that had little to do with athletics. From uncertain housing arrangements to difficulties with host families and unexpected basketball team issues, our focus was constantly diverted from the goals that initially brought us there.

Reflecting on our experiences, we realized how much smoother the journey could have been with the right guidance. Many of the problems and challenges unrelated to our main goals could have easily been avoided with the correct support system.

What initially began as a frustrating experience turned into a vision – to create an agency which helps student-athletes excel in academics and sports in the United States – and that is why we founded the Next Level Athlete Academy. With the aim of helping talented young players pursue their dreams, we provide athletes with the support, resources, and connections we wished we had, ensuring that no athlete has to face the same obstacles alone.

Going beyond just basketball and sports – we are here to shape the future generation of Next Level Athletes.
